All rental quotes will have a $150 cleaning fee and 13% sales tax added to the total.
Rates
Spring 2027 - March 28th- May 15th - $240 per night - $1600 per week
Summer 2027 - May 15th - August 14th - $2250 per week - Saturday to Saturday Only
Late Summer 2027- August 14th - October 2nd - $240 per night - $1600 per week
Fall 2026 & 2027- October 1st thru December 30th - $220 per night - $1400 per week
Summer Season - 2nd Saturday in May until 2nd Saturday in August -
Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday only.
We have snowbirds and they are wonderful. We will update here if this changes.
Payments accepted include checks, Venmo, CashApp, plus PayPal and credit cards with a fee.
