Rates
Spring 2024 - March 31st - May 18th - $220 per night - $1475 per week
Summer 2024 - May 18th - August 17th - $2100 per week - Saturday to Saturday Only
Late Summer 2024- August 17th - September 30 - $220 per night - $1475 per week
Fall 2023 & 2024- October 1st thru December 30th - $190 per night - $1300 per week
Summer Season - 2nd Saturday in May until 2nd Saturday in August -
Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday only.
Yes we have snowbirds, and they are wonderful.
December 31st thru March 31th is booked, every year.
