All rental quotes will have a $150 cleaning fee and 13% sales tax added to the total.
Rates
Spring 2025 - March 30th- May 17th - $230 per night - $1500 per week
Summer 2025 - May 17th - August 9th - $2200 per week - Saturday to Saturday Only
Late Summer 2025- August 9th - September 30 - $230 per night - $1500 per week
Fall 2024 & 2025- October 1st thru December 30th - $200 per night - $1300 per week
Summer Season - 2nd Saturday in May until 2nd Saturday in August -
Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday only.
We have snowbirds and they are wonderful. We will update here if this changes.
Payments accepted include checks, Venmo, CashApp, plus PayPal and credit cards with a fee.
